Welcome to Shri Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Barshi’s, Karmaveer Mamasaheb Jagdale Mahavidyalaya, Washi. This college was established in 1972 and we are trying our level best to impart the quality education to the students from the poor, downtrodden, economically and socially weaker sections of the society. The college has sufficient infrastructure and green campus with well equipped laboratories, computer laboratory, full automatized library, women's hostel, indoor sports facility stadium, playgrounds, botanical and medicinal garden and efficient staff. The past students of our college working at higher positions in various fields such as Science and Technology, Research, Business, Banking, Industries, Education, Engineering, Medicine and Administrative Services, etc Our college is multi faculty having PG ( Political Science ), UG ( Arts, Commerce, Science, B.C.A. and B.Sc. computer science ), Junior college ( Arts, Commerce and Science ) besides at the HSC Vocational ( M.C.V.C. ) We run three courses viz, Electrical Technology, Crop Science and Horticulture. Today it has grown into a renowned educational institution in Dr. B. A. Marathwada University,Aurangabad. I am really proud that the faculty members have been continuously striving hard to reach higher academic standards without disturbing their duties and activities in the college. The overall academic, co-curricular, cultural and social performance of the institute has been consistently excellent for several years, on the basis of which the institute has been accredited with ‘B++’ grade ( CGPA 2.76 ). Being a I/C Principal of this college, it is my responsibility to ensure the accomplishment of academic excellence to each and every stake holder irrespective of his/her caste, creed, birth, region and religion. I would like to thank the authorities of the parent institution for their valuable guidance and encouragement. I am also thankful to the College Development Committee for its active support, guidance and encouragement. I hope that the students seeking and completing their education from this college will have bright and prosperous careers.
